Workplace Interiors partnered with NYCM Insurance, supporting their commitment to modernizing the workplace and enhancing employee experience. A key milestone in this collaboration was the completion of NYCM’s company wide modernization initiative in 2021. The modernization initiative was a multi-year, four-location transformation focused on creating more collaborative, efficient, and future-ready work environments. In total, the project included 50,000 square feet of new construction and over 200,000 square feet of renovated office space—demonstrating a shared vision for innovative design and high-performance workplaces.
Workplace Interiors of Buffalo went into this initial project to provide Carmina a space they will look forward to coming to the office each day. Workplace spent time to bring the vision together while meeting with Carmina weekly to provide updates on design and changes.

Designed/specified/installed 80,000 SF of office space for Community Banks new corporate HQs in Syracuse NY. Multiphase (4) delivery and install spanning 4 months. Includes workstations, private offices, break rooms, conference rooms, lounges, training rms, storage rms, etc. Also designed & installed 25 branches across the Northeast.
Workplace provided a comprehensive design solution to enhance the functionality and standards of the PCl room at National Fuel. The scope included height-adjustable mobile workstations equipped with power to support staff operating up to ten computers simultaneously. Workplace also supplied lockable storage units with integrated power, USB connections, and lighting to securely and efficiently support the room’s technology and equipment needs.
