Our vision for the complete space encompasses a cohesive blend of workstations, collaboration rooms, open workspaces, and a thoughtfully designed breakroom to unwind. At Workplace Interiors, we approached our partnership with Rich’s by looking beyond the base RFP response to explore forward-thinking possibilities. In addition to the core requirements, we developed concepts for open workspaces, breakroom configurations, collaboration areas, and open meeting environments to support a dynamic and adaptable workplace.
As illustrated in the floor plan, our goal was to create a layout that promotes seamless flow throughout the space. Recognizing the scale of this environment, we also aimed to present a forward-looking vision of what the future workplace could become. The open design encourages fluid movement throughout the day, enabling occupants to transition between spaces easily while continuing to work collaboratively or independently, without disrupting overall workflow.
